What the hell?

Messengers have always been used to communicate, particularly in battle. But not always successfully. We’ve all heard the one about the message dispatched in the trenches during the First World War – “send reinforcements, we’re going to advance”. By the time it went down the line, the message was received as “send three and fourpence, we’re going to a dance”!

Make sure your social media messages are understood!

These days it’s so easy and fast to communicate with social media, but that doesn’t mean it’s going to be effective. Communication only takes place when the recipient understands and responds to the message.

I love this cartoon!

Happy Tweeting!
