Of all the couples that got married in the United States last year, one in eight met on social network sites. That would have been unthinkable (not to mention impossible!) just a few years ago. The fact is, social media can no longer be dismissed as a fad. It’s a fundamental shift in the way we communicate with each other.
And if people can find lasting, loving relationships through social media platforms, then it follows that businesses which get it right, can also expect to form meaningful, lasting relationships with new customers.
