Jedi Jim steals the show!

The Apprentice gets Twitter buzzing!

Fingers and thumbs have been active across the country, as the new series of the Apprentice warms up. Most Tweets have focussed on how Jim Eastwood ‘mind-tricked’ his way out of the boardroom in a brilliant move that clearly amazed even Lord Sugar!

In the same way that 10,000 people around the world had downloaded the girls’ winning app within 24 hours, thousands of people have communicated their thoughts on last night’s show.

Smart businesses are now using social media effectively to communicate not only with customers, but with their employees. It’s a great, additional way to engage with existing staff and to find new ones. In fact, 80% of companies use social networking sites in their recruiting process, of which 95% use Linked In.

Final word on The Apprentice goes to Stuart “The Brand” Baggs, who Tweeted yesterday:

“Lots of people asking who’s “The Next Stuart Baggs”. There’s only one Heinz Tomato Ketchup, there’s only one!”
